Browser Extension Data

When using our DaycareRadar Multi-Apply browser extension:

Important: The extension only activates on daycare websites during an active multi-apply session. It does not collect any data from other websites you visit. All form data is stored locally on your device and on our secure servers - it is never shared with third parties.

What the Extension Does

The DaycareRadar Multi-Apply Chrome extension helps parents apply to multiple daycare waitlists by pre-filling application forms with information you've already provided to DaycareRadar.ca.

Permissions Explained

• •Storage: To temporarily store your form data during a session
• •Tabs: To navigate to daycare websites in your apply list
• •Host Permissions: To interact with daycare website forms

Data Handling

• •Form data is only used during active multi-apply sessions you initiate
• •The extension does NOT collect browsing history or data from non-daycare sites
• •The extension does NOT sell or share your data with third parties
• •You remain in full control - review and submit each application yourself

Uninstalling

You can uninstall the extension at any time through Chrome's extension settings. Uninstalling removes all locally stored extension data from your browser.

Provincial and Municipal Open Data

Daycare information is sourced from provincial and municipal open data sources across Canada, which is publicly available information.

Google Services

We use Google Maps API for location services and address autocomplete. Google's privacy policy applies to these services.
